Powder Room Mirror: Better After

This mirror belonged to my husband's aunt. She gave us a lot of furniture and decor pieces when her daughters both went to UGA and she downsized to a smaller home (God bless her).

Bamboo Wood Floors and Beadboard in the Powder Room

Ahhhh....it's coming along.

But still a long way to go (like installing the toilet and sink, putting up molding and finishing up the beadboard, putting in hardware, my cabinet over the toilet, and the mirror)....

My pup is growing up!

How do I remove old built-in bathroom fixtures?

I want to paint over this old wallpaper but I also want to remove these old built-in bathroom fixtures. How should I do this?

And how shall I fix this stain on my ceiling?
